Stainless steel is a much stronger and harder material than sterling silver. In addition to this the chromium present in stainless steel forms a protective layer which prevents it from tarnishing, fading and rusting. This makes it more durable from a longevity standpoint.        

Hypoallergenic Properties

Stainless Steel is a more suitable material for those with sensitive skin to wear as a jewelry when compared to sterling silver. Stainless Steel has lower contents of copper and nickel, which are common materials that cause skin allergies.

Tarnish Resistance

Chromium present is stainless steel forms a protective oxide layer that prevents from tarnishing, fading and rusting over time. Even when exposed to water, chemicals and skin oils.          

For products in stock orders are typically processed within 1-3 business day.

Defective Products

Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to return or exchange defective items.

Non-defective Products

If a product in non-defective but is different from what you expected, you can also return it. However, in this case you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional charges incurred.

Return Cost

Eclectic Shop covers all cost associated with returning defective products including shipping and handling cost. There is no additional cost incurred for the costumers for defective products. Costumers are responsible to cover the shipping cost associated with non-defective products.

Return Process

✨ Take photos of the product you want to return, describe the problem, and send it to eclectic.shop.us@gmail.com Use “Return request: Order number + Product’s item number or SKU Code” as your email subject line.

✨ Our customer support team will assess the product's condition and respond to you within 24 hours.

✨ We'll reimburse you with either store credit or a refund through your original payment method. Store credit can be used immediately on our website. For refunds, the amount will appear in your original payment account within 7-10 business days.

✨ We will provide you with a detailed return address once your return request is approved. Please use local mail post to arrange the return and email us back the tracking number.
